Who am I ?

I spent 27 years in the French Army, including 9 years in the Foreign Legion, always serving in command positions, leading teams ranging from 30 to 1,000 men. As the leader of my men, I faced the profound and intense experiences that come with leadership during missions, both in mainland France and across three continents where I was deployed.

Driven by a deep desire to share and transmit my knowledge, I guide and support you in your endeavors, drawing on the lessons I learned from the extraordinary circumstances and exceptional individuals I had the honor and privilege to work with.

I firmly believe that many of the values, relationships, and practices cultivated within this unique corps are transferable to other organizations.
