The coach is the one who tells you what you don't want to hear, who makes you see what you don't want to see, so that you can become what you want to be.

Individual Coaching
Small definition...
Coaching is the art of accompanying a person where they want to go, helping them make an important decision or achieve a goal that is important to them .
It is an art because coaching presupposes technical mastery but it goes well beyond that.
This is support because the coach does not carry his client to the objective, they walk side by side.
I see in everyone a person with all the internal resources to understand themselves and resolve their own difficulties: only a facilitating climate will allow them to access their resources.
A facilitating climate is not necessarily a complacent climate: if you don't rub two flints together, you don't get sparks, right ?
This is how I draw inspiration from different schools of thought present in the world of coaching (transactional analysis, systemic analysis, NLP, etc.) without relying entirely on one of them. Indeed, when you only have a hammer in your toolbox, all your problems become nails...
In this respect, the person who conducts the support is less important than the technique used.
The three key points of this relationship are the authenticity of the coach towards his client, the unconditional welcome of the other and his frame of reference, full presence .
