If everyone moves forward together, success will come by itself.

Collective Coaching
Small definition...
Collective coaching refers to supporting the collective performance of a team in its operational life with the aim of meeting common challenges.
My vision
It is not the coach who makes the team change, it is the coach who helps the team to change itself .
It is also about supporting the learning of a team within the framework of an autonomous relationship ; in other words, “getting the team to stand on their own two feet.”
This support can take the form of a one-off seminar or long-term follow-up depending on needs.
The topics covered may fall under:
-
Resolving relational or functional difficulties.
-
Clarification of roles and scopes.
-
Managing change (reorganization, etc.).
-
The life of a team (vision, mission, cohesion, membership, etc.).
-
Leadership and cooperation.
-
Collective decision-making.
